WorkSquared’s team of project managers are on hand from a project’s initial planning stages to final installation, ensuring that each facility is completely furnished according to plan. Working closely with the account manager, sub-contractors, architects, and WorkSquared’s installation crew, our project managers acquire knowledge of every aspect of the client facility.

As members of the Herman Miller Certified Dealer Network, WorkSquared adheres to a Network Service Strategy, which focuses on building business competencies through benchmarking and best practices to continuously improve capabilities.
The project Manager will:

  • Coordinate furniture installation schedule
  • Evaluate site conditions and field verifications
  • Attend on-site meetings
  • Schedule manpower
  • Act as the primary contact for duration of the project
  • Conduct final walk through with foreman and client
  • Document and follow through on punch-list
